反渗透是用足够的压力使溶液中的溶剂(一般常指水)通过反渗透膜(或半透膜)而分离出来,故称为反渗透。反渗透作为高效的脱盐工艺技术,可将原水中的无机离子、细菌、病毒、有机物以及胶体等杂质去除,一获得高质量的纯净水。根据各种物料的不同渗透压,就可以使用大于渗透压的反渗透方法达到分离、提取、纯化和浓缩的目的。
植物提取深加工(罗汉果、银杏树、枳实、茶多糖、茶氨酸等有效成分的提取浓缩)中采用反渗透技术,在常温下即可操作,能耗低,可有效避免高温浓缩的缺点,提取物中许多重要的香味物质和营养成分不会受到破坏产品香气、色泽和滋味俱佳;***终有效成分的含量得到显著提高;相比传统的、单一的蒸发浓缩方法,产品的品质和成本有了明显的改善
