1、   本机可广泛应用于制药、食品、饮料、水处理、酿造、石油、化工、防腐蚀，环保等行业，是各类液体进行过滤、澄清、提纯、除菌处理的***新设备。

2、   采用凸点式滤板，有效地增大导了水截面积，减少了液体过滤，流通阴力，使液体任意流向不当死角，能保持液体诸性能的稳定，凸点式滤板使滤材（滤膜、滤纸等）不易破损，延长了各种滤材的使用寿命。

3、   所有密封部位全部安装了（乳白色硅橡胶密封圈，无毒耐高温）无渗漏，即在滤框的正反面，进出口双折式卡环等密封部位都安装了圆形密封圈。

4、   输入管部位由双折式卡环联紧固密封，拆卸清洗方便。

5、   本机可根据被滤液体的不同生产工艺（初滤、半精滤、精滤）要求，更换不同滤材用户能根据生产流量大小，相应减少或增加滤框滤材，使广泛适应生产需要。

6、   滤器工作时，压紧密封圈，料液无损耗，液体澄清度好，除菌灵（造用微孔滤膜、除菌效果尤佳）。
