设备结构:本机的过滤系统由机腔、壳体、空心轴、过滤元件、隔环、橡胶密封圈、卡箍、缓冲板、玻璃视镜窗、压力表等组成。机腔分整体、多节二种，联接处采用无毒橡胶密封圈，所有与液体接触部份全部采用1Cr18Ni9TI优质不锈钢制造。工作时用手轮或用卡箍作用力联接壳体形成密封胎。腔体和视镜上装有排气阀，开车后其气体可从排气阀排出。机体的入口处安有1″或者1½″球阀，一个循环涂敷助剂用，一个供预涂后的正常生产用。机腔上装有压力表，其读数值直接显示机腔内压力。机体由四个轮子支承。可任意旋转角度，根据需要可推到任何适当的位置使用。
