微孔膜过滤器

产品说明

本产品是引进美国格尔曼（GEIMAN）专利技术和设备制造，生产微孔滤膜筒式滤芯以及配套生产的过滤器，已广泛用于医药、化工、电子、饮料（包括啤酒、酒类）和水处理等行业的过滤。

生产所用的滤膜及支撑材料均由美国进口，生产出来的滤芯均经18兆欧去离子水冲洗，整体质量检测，全部过程都是在10万级空调洁净室内进行的，由于生产中没有加入任何粘合剂，因此不存在老化及产生有害物质等问题，所以生产出来的滤芯完全符合美国药典二十二版第六节塑料的生物安全性标准。而本厂配套生产的膜过滤器外壳，所以不锈钢全部为日本进口的N304。

本厂目前已生产的聚四氟乙烯（PTFE）滤芯，聚砜（HE）滤芯，聚丙烯（PP）滤芯；以及醋酸纤维（CN-CA）滤芯，***近又推出尼龙滤芯，精度由0.1µm-60µm供各行业过滤选用。

The factory has the production of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter, polysulfone (HE) filter, polypropylene (PP) filter; and the cellulose acetate (CN-CA) filter, recently launched the nylon filter, precision by 0.1 M-60 m for each industry filter selection.
